Regulatory Affairs Specialist LHH has partnered with an established company that is searching for a talented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to assist their team in navigating the complex regulatory landscape. They are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist with a strong background in the biotech, aerospace, life sciences, or medical devices industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of regulatory experience and possess exceptional technical writing skills, particularly in relation to EU regulations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with EU regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including technical files, dossiers, and other required documentation.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and notified bodies to facilitate product approvals and certifications.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory developments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of regulatory experience in the biotech, aerospace, life sciences, or medical devices industries.
  • Strong technical writing skills with experience in preparing regulatory submissions for EU regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Additional Details and Perks:
  • Location: HYBRID work schedule with 1 day in office/week.
  • Office is located in Santa Clarita, CA
  • Pay: $35.00-$50.00/ hour based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours
  • Duration: Contract for 3 months with potential to be longer or brought on permanantly based on performance and business need
