Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Contract)
Location: Downtown Seattle
Duration: 3–4 Months
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite (No remote work)
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact in a dynamic office environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage front desk email communications
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office logistics
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
