Job Title: Temporary Assistant
Duration: ASAP through November 21
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Tax Administration team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoy working collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a secure, professional office building featuring onsite security, multiple businesses, and convenient access to coffee shops—making it a comfortable and well-supported environment for your workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Support tax administration processes including DocuSign routing, tax return assembly, document uploads, scanning, and BTU support/cleanup
Ensure timely and accurate handling of confidential documents
Assist with general administrative tasks and team support as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior grammar and punctuation
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed
Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
