Job Title: Temporary Assistant
Duration: ASAP through November 21

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Tax Administration team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Work Environment:

This position is based in a secure, professional office building featuring onsite security, multiple businesses, and convenient access to coffee shops—making it a comfortable and well-supported environment for your workday.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support tax administration processes including DocuSign routing, tax return assembly, document uploads, scanning, and BTU support/cleanup

  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of confidential documents

  • Assist with general administrative tasks and team support as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior grammar and punctuation

  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed



Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
