Litigation Legal Assistant (Hybrid – Seattle, WA)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid Schedule)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 (DOE)

Position Overview
LHH has partnered with an exceptional firm seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join their Litigation Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to support a sophisticated litigation team in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Format, proofread, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, court forms, and correspondence.
File documents in state and federal trial and appellate courts; stay current on court rules and e-filing procedures.
Calculate and calendar court deadlines.
Provide administrative support: manage attorney calendars, coordinate travel, prepare expense reports, and schedule meetings.
Assist with CLE tracking, bar membership renewals, and monthly billing processes.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems; manage case data and contact information.
Support attorneys in research, document preparation, and trial readiness.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a litigation legal assistant.
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Zoom, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience with legal platforms such as Westlaw, SharePoint, Relativity, or CaseFleet is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Direct Hire
Hybrid or In- Office (choice is yours!)
Base Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Additional Compensation: Bonus potential, profit sharing, and HSA employer contributions
Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with match
