Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant (Contract)
Location: Downtown Seattle
Duration: 3 Months
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite (No remote work)


We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 3-month contract. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone with prior HR administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys supporting HR operations with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, document management, and data entry
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support HR-related communications and respond to employee inquiries
  • Help coordinate HR events, training, and meetings
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support HR operations
Qualifications:
  • Prior HR administrative experience required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
