LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Office Manager for one of our long-time clients located in San Francisco, California. This position is in Downtown San Francisco (Near Montgomery Bart Station) and will be in-office every day. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of tenured experience in accounting and operational administrative management. The position will have a major impact on the organization working directly for the Chief Executive Officer, focusing on daily administrative duties and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, cash flow management, accounts payable, and payroll
  • Coordinate preparation of tax returns and estimated tax payments working with the outside CPA firm
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of property tax bills
  • Coordinates travel for commercial flights, makes hotel reservations, organizes itineraries, screens phone calls and emails, and assists in preparation of written correspondence
  • Assures care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies. Maintains inventory levels for office supplies, copy/fax machine, printers, and postage machine
  • Manage special projects and conduct research as required.


Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is nice to have
  • Strong experience in a small family office environment would be preferred
  • Excellent experience in accounting and operations administration
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems and discrepancies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel – Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable being hands-on and rolling up your sleeves and getting into the work
  • Excellent time management skills, analytical, and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour
