Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, shifts between 7:00am – 6:45pm
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in California)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role:

LHH has partnered with a mission-driven organization in the financial services industry that is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist. This is a high-volume inbound call role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with their online banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Assist customers with online banking issues, account updates, and troubleshooting

  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary

  • Deliver exceptional service to support and retain valued members

  • Follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records of interactions


Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to customer service

  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable navigating online systems and tools

  • Availability to work flexible shifts Monday through Saturday between 7:00am and 6:45pm

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and may qualify for higher pay

  • Must reside in California
