Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, shifts between 7:00am – 6:45pm
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in California)

About the Role:
LHH has partnered with a mission-driven organization in the financial services industry that is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist. This is a high-volume inbound call role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with their online banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Assist customers with online banking issues, account updates, and troubleshooting
Transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary
Deliver exceptional service to support and retain valued members
Follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records of interactions
Qualifications:
Strong commitment to customer service
Experience in a high-volume call center environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable navigating online systems and tools
Availability to work flexible shifts Monday through Saturday between 7:00am and 6:45pm
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and may qualify for higher pay
Must reside in California
