Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sacramento, CA (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour
Type: Contract to Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sacramento. This fully onsite role supports a financial services environment, providing front-line support to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy

  • Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and issue resolution

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery

  • Educate customers on financial products, services, and digital tools

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and in accordance with regulatory guidelines

  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and reporting

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of professionalism and reliability

  • Must be comfortable working onsite full-time
