Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for payroll accuracy and compliance? We’re hiring a Payroll Specialist to support one of our clients in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your expertise will help ensure smooth payroll operations for a large workforce. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining payroll integrity, supporting employee inquiries, and staying ahead of regulatory changes—all while growing your career with a company that values precision and people.
What you’ll do:
Process weekly payroll for U.S.-based employees
Validate timesheets and make necessary adjustments based on supervisor input and supporting documentation
Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of deductions, including taxes and voluntary contributions.
Address payroll-related questions from employees and managers with professionalism and clarity.
Handle employment verification requests and generate payroll-related reports and summaries.
Review and analyze payroll data for completeness and accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
At least 3 years of full cycle payroll experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Familiarity with UKG required
Strong Excel including pivot tables and vlookups
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
