LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Human Resources Generalist position open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, contract to hire role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment process (posting jobs, sourcing/interviewing candidates, conducting reference/background checks/job offers, attending job fairs, etc.)
• Handles onboarding of new hires
• Manages the employee relations process (coaching employees and managers on performance improvement, conducting investigations, etc.)
• Maintains various HRIS
• Prepares various HR reports
• Also performs benefits, compensation and performance management

Experience

• Minimum five years of experience as an HR Generalist required

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline required
• PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification preferred

Knowledge/Skills

• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Prior HRIS experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential
• Knowledge of HR and employment laws and regulations

Salary range

• $65-80K
