LHH is working w/ a client based in Nashville, TN that is looking to hire a Information Analyst to join our team for a 6+ month project. The role will be 100% onsite. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Information Analyst experience, ideally working as a Membership Analyst. Candidates MUST be local to the Nashville area to be considered for this role.

Shift(s) required: M-F (7:00am-9:am - 4:00PM-6:00PM)
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Information Management Analyst is responsible for applying technical and operational expertise to the membership process by acting as subject matter expert for HOME and the Roster. This role is a lead analyst to support larger membership request including but not limited to reorganizations and company implementations.
The Information Management Analyst will coordinate major member corporate reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions to ensure that accurately reflects the new COID hierarchy and GROUP/DIVISION/MARKET structure as well as ensure Service Line engagements are accurately structured in HOME. This role works closely with IT&S to provide technical and operational solution to new our client’s requirements.
What you will do in this role:
• Coordinate major changes to HOME, SSR, and the Roster with IT&S.
• Manage open work requests with IT&S.
• Drafting new IT&S Work Orders as it relates to HOME, SSR, and the Roster.
• Work with IT&S to propose and prioritize HOME system improvements and lead contact for testing system enhancements.
• Participates in or lead Vendor Webinars. Draft System User Guides.
• Manage, develop and train new Membership employees on membership systems, forms and processes.
• Manage membership changes, additions and deletions made in the membership database to ensure processes and timelines are established.
• Work with Rebate team and vendors to help ensure membership lists reflect accurate member data for fee reporting.
• Act as project manager for Re-organization projects.
• Train new Account Directors/Managers on Membership forms and processes.
• Work with Legal and Pharmacy Integration Manager to improve work flow.
• Respond to routine vendor inquiries via email or phone.
• Perform membership data audits to ensure data integrity.
• Review Generate Disproportionate Shared Hospital and Critical Access Hospital lists for pharmacy suppliers and wholesalers ensuring qualified members receive Medicare reimbursements.
• Participate in GS1s conference calls, seminars and webinars. Collaborate with other GPOs to
• implement training materials to the GLN user guide.
• Act as back up the GLN Editor or GLN Approver role for HealthTrust GLN assignments and maintenance.
• Work with other GPOs to reduce GLN duplication made in the GS1 registry.
• Act as Membership Lead in weekly IT&S HOME/Raft and SSRS meetings.
• Generate monthly summary membership report for executive management
• Work with ROI membership to maintain the cross-reference of members between the two rosters.
• Lead/Lead Assist in the New Member Implementation Rostering Workstream
What qualifications you will need:
• College Graduate Preferred
• Minimum two years of experience as a Membership Analyst
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
