Industrial Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Design and implement efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and information.
Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish labor standards.
Use data-driven analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
