We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (Contract) to support C-level executives and the broader technology department. In this dynamic role, you’ll act as a strategic partner and key point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and streamlined execution of high-priority initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned EA with experience supporting executive leadership and technical teams in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting
Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal teams, especially within the technology department
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Support special projects and company-wide initiatives as directed by leadership
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes for tech leadership hires
Help optimize executive workflows with tools, automation, and streamlined processes
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years supporting C-level executives
Previous experience working with or supporting technical departments or leaders
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Notion, or similar)
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first or hybrid environments
Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Contract Details
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3-4 months
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $28-$30 per hour DOE
Location: Hybrid
