Job Posting: Member Services Representative

Location: Remote/Hybrid – California-based required

Pay Rate: $21.50/hour- $22.50/hr

LHH is seeking Member Service Representatives for a financial services client. This role is foundational to our contact center operations, where we pride ourselves on delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle approximately 120 calls per day, assisting members with account inquiries, loan information, payments, password resets, and more.

  • Navigate up to 13 different software applications to provide accurate and efficient service.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Participate in team competitions and challenges designed to keep the work engaging and rewarding.

Training & Schedule

  • Training Period (First 30 Days): Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (no time off allowed).

  • Post-Training Schedule: Includes Saturdays; typical shifts are 9 AM–6 PM or 9:30 AM–6:45 PM.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide detailed, helpful responses.



Pay Details: $21.50 to $22.50 per hour
