An industry-leading manufacturer is seeking a Business Solutions Manager – Product & Innovation to play a pivotal role in aligning technology solutions with strategic product goals. This position will partner with product management, engineering, quality, and customer support teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the full product lifecycle—from ideation and development to market launch and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), product innovation, and enterprise technology platforms, along with the ability to influence senior leadership and guide cross-functional teams toward measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional technology initiatives that optimize product lifecycle processes and enable next-generation product innovation.
Architect and implement process and platform solutions for PLM, engineering, and product development teams, driving efficiency and scalability.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance data architecture, streamline workflows, and improve product delivery speed and quality.
Provide leadership during mergers and acquisitions by harmonizing systems, processes, and product data across acquired entities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in complex product management, solutions engineering, or enterprise systems implementation.
Proven experience with PLM platforms (SAP PLM preferred) and familiarity with product data management, information syndication, and enterprise integration.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and process optimization tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).

Salary: $150K – $167K + 15% Target Bonus
