We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Operations Support Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role bridges our sales and operations functions, playing a critical part in ensuring our teams run smoothly, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset.
You'll support both the front-end sales process and the back-end operations—helping track leads, process orders, coordinate between departments, and ensure our clients receive best-in-class service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with lead tracking, CRM updates, and reporting
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotes, and contracts
Process incoming orders and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
Operations Support:
Liaise between sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Support inventory tracking, shipment updates, and vendor communications
Monitor project timelines and coordinate deliverables across departments
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or process inefficiencies
Provide general administrative support to sales and operations leadership
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a sales support, operations, or administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-moving environment
Preferred but Not Required
Experience in [industry-specific knowledge – e.g., logistics, SaaS, manufacturing, etc.]
Familiarity with inventory or order management systems
Experience working in a high-volume customer service or client support role
Compensation & Benefits
