- Onboarding: Introduce new hires to the team, create training plans, and ensure smooth integration.
- Safety Walkthroughs: Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and address hazards, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Policy Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for HR policies, answering questions and providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Performance Management: Assist with employee relations and performance management processes.
- Recruitment: Post job openings, screen candidates, and manage the recruitment process for both salaried and hourly positions.
- Timekeeping: Remind managers to approve and submit hours, ensuring accurate timekeeping.
- Employee Engagement: Engage with employees regularly to ensure a positive work environment and address any concerns.
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Less than 10 years of experience is preferred to ensure adaptability to change.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and translate documents.
- Education: Formal HR education is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically Extensis.
- Flexibility: Ability to work late hours occasionally and be present in both buildings.
- This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the yearly pay range is estimated to be $55,000-75,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401k +match and PTO.
- Every Friday office closure at 2pm!
- Two weeks of paid vacation, with an additional two weeks in December based on company performance.
- Seven paid holidays.
