Learning Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Onsite – Cincinnati, OH
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate:$20/hour to $27/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility allowed)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable Learning Coordinator to support daily operations and event coordination at a dynamic learning facility. Ideal candidate will have a background in supporting HR learning and development coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily facility activities and room/event reservations using a reservation system
Plan and coordinate event logistics including room setup, AV/IT needs, catering, and scheduling walkthroughs
Communicate with internal staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
Maintain and distribute weekly reports using Microsoft Excel
Order and maintain supplies; manage inventory and restocking of event-related items
Liaise daily with housekeeping and catering teams to ensure facility readiness
Support basic website updates for the Learning Centre page
Physically assist with event setup and teardown, including moving tables, chairs, décor, and catering items
Requirements:
3+ years of HR and event support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Web design or content update experience is a plus, but not required
Dependable, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
