Are you a passionate and professional customer service expert looking to take the next step in your career? We're a well-established financial company seeking experienced Customer Service/Call Center Representatives to join our growing call center team!
🔹 What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice assisting our valued customers by phone
Handle inquiries related to accounts, transactions, services, and support
Deliver exceptional service while adhering to compliance and quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service or call center experience required
(Financial services or banking background is a plus, but not mandatory)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Dependable, professional, and eager to grow in a long-term role
Must be available to work Saturdays after training (with another day off during the week)
