Contract Type: Temporary Daily Rate: £850 - £870 Contract Length: 12 months Working Pattern: Full Time


Our client is seeking a Senior Benefits Partner to lead the transition of benefits processes to a service delivery model across EMEA. This role is pivotal in managing current benefits plans and supporting the project team in building a robust delivery model.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute and manage benefits plans and programmes across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with the project team to design interim and long-term service delivery models.

Experience Required:


  • Proven experience as a benefits specialist in a large international organisation.
  • Strong project management skills; PRINCE2 qualification is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of regional benefits design, tax, and legislative frameworks.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance within service level agreements.
  • Familiarity with UK/International benefits platforms; experience with Benifex is advantageous.
  • Proficient in benefits technology and data integrations with HR systems like Workday.

Skills:


  • Expertise in process design and optimisation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, simplifying complex concepts for senior leaders.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, anticipating future challenges.
  • Excellent partnership skills across stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, and Governance teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects effectively.
