Job Title: Commercial Litigation Associate (NQ-3 PQE)
Location: Hybrid - Bristol
Salary: £63,000-£70,000 DOE + Bonus Scheme
We're partnered with a leading Top 100 UK law firm in Bristol that's expanding its Commercial Litigation team. They're looking for a solicitor (NQ to 3 years' PQE) to join their high-performing practice. This is an opportunity to handle top-tier commercial disputes and progress your career in a supportive, ambitious environment.
The Role:
As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will:
Handle a broad mix of disputes including:
Commercial contract issues
Shareholder and corporate disputes
Private equity-related litigation
Media and reputation management matters
Advise a range of clients, from large corporates to growing businesses, on both claimant and defendant matters
Work directly with in-house legal teams, building strong, long-term client relationships
Be encouraged to specialise and shape your own path within the team as your experience grows
Take part in business development and networking activities from day one (with full support)
What They're Looking For:
You'll be a good fit if you have:
0-3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation (or are a trainee nearing qualification)
Experience working with larger clients and complex matters at a mid- to large-sized firm
Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice
A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in innovation and client care
