We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual who excels at developing meaningful relationships and improving recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Leaders: Gain a thorough understanding of each role to effectively identify and attract the best candidates.
- Manage the Recruiting Life Cycle: Oversee everything from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, offer extension, and candidate closing.
- Identify Passive Candidates: utilise intricate Boolean searches, professional networking, and social media to connect with top-tier talent.
- Pipeline and Future Opportunities: Keep track of candidates and their potential fits for future openings.
- Promote Diversity: Lead initiatives focusing on diversity identification, sourcing, and attraction.
- Innovate Sourcing Strategies: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing new sourcing methods for challenging positions.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive connections with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
- In-house recruiting experience, preferably within tech/SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Versatility across various functions, including Sales, Customer Support, and Account Management.
- Familiarity with iCIMS ATS is a strong plus.
