Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for its future Procurement Assistant.


This job offer is a temporary contract (might be renewed).

Responsabilities:


  • Draft, coordinate, and follow up on procurement documents and emails (ToRs, contracts, addenda, appointment letters)
  • Support tender processes and liaise with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders (Procurement, Purchasing, Budget)
  • Ensure documentation and approvals for contracts; maintain procurement databases and trackers
  • Assist in monitoring budget expenditure and external provider performance
  • Support budget verification, financial cross-checks, and invoice follow-ups (PeopleSoft Financials)

Candidate Profile:


  • Secondary diploma + 2-year certification in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ operational/business support experience
  • Knowledge of public procurement standards is a plus
  • Proactive, diligent, well-organized, able to work across teams/topics
  • Strong English skills; French is advantageous
  • Proficient in IT & office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft Financials, GED (OpenText) is a plus
