Location: West Palm Beach, FL – 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $20–$24 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in West Palm Beach. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Compensation: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
