LHH has partnered with a Consumer Goods company in Wayne PA, in their search for an Accounts Receivable/Deductions Specialist. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and opportunities for growth!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, and resolve customer deduction issues in partnership with cross‑functional teams.

  • Review, classify, and accurately allocate trade deductions across customers, categories, and events.

  • Reconcile trade spend activity to ensure accuracy and alignment.

  • Investigate unplanned or invalid charges and provide clear, timely communication to sales leadership.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all deduction‑related inquiries.

  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to drive resolution of trade and deduction matters.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required; minimum of 3 years of experience in collection/deduction management, accounting, or related financial roles

Pay Details: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour
