LHH has partnered with a Consumer Goods company in Wayne PA, in their search for an Accounts Receivable/Deductions Specialist. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and opportunities for growth!
Primary Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and resolve customer deduction issues in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
Review, classify, and accurately allocate trade deductions across customers, categories, and events.
Reconcile trade spend activity to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Investigate unplanned or invalid charges and provide clear, timely communication to sales leadership.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all deduction‑related inquiries.
Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to drive resolution of trade and deduction matters.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required; minimum of 3 years of experience in collection/deduction management, accounting, or related financial roles

Pay Details: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour
