LHH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Job Details:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Troy, MI (Remote for now, but need to be commutable to Troy, MI)
Compensation: $50,000 base + commission
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, hybrid
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, PTO
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
