LHH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing industry.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry.

  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


Job Details:

  • Job Title: Sales Executive

  • Location: Troy, MI (Remote for now, but need to be commutable to Troy, MI)

  • Compensation: $50,000 base + commission

  • Job Type: Direct Hire

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, hybrid

  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, PTO



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
