LHH Recruitment solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant with great organizational skills for a temporary position in Tampa, FL. The contract is short term working with a great company assisting their management team.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks for the team
- Schedule meetings for management and effectively communicate times and arrangements
- Work with Powerpoint and Excel
- Serve as first point of contact at the front desk
Experience
- HS Diploma
- Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience
- Intermediate understanding of Powerpoint and Excel
Skills
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- MS Powerpoint, Excel
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage one's time effectively
Work Type
- Full Time, Contract
- M-F, 8am-5pm
- Compensation: $20-22/hr
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
