LHH Recruitment solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant with great organizational skills for a temporary position in Tampa, FL. The contract is short term working with a great company assisting their management team.



Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks for the team
  • Schedule meetings for management and effectively communicate times and arrangements
  • Work with Powerpoint and Excel
  • Serve as first point of contact at the front desk


Experience

  • HS Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience
  • Intermediate understanding of Powerpoint and Excel


Skills

  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
  • MS Powerpoint, Excel
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage one's time effectively


Work Type

  • Full Time, Contract
  • M-F, 8am-5pm
  • Compensation: $20-22/hr



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
