HR Recruiter
Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 / year
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage
Retirement: 401(k) with employer match
Paid Time Off: 20 days PTO annually, plus 10 paid holidays
Other compensation: commission/bonus incentives for placements
Role Summary
The HR Recruiter will source, interview, and hire candidates to meet organizational talent needs. This role requires excellent networking skills and the ability to match the right people with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles
Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines
Conduct interviews and guide hiring managers through selection
Manage job postings, offers, and onboarding processes
Track metrics and continuously improve recruiting practices
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to juggle multiple searches simultaneously
