HR Recruiter/Coordinator (Temp) – Seattle

Pay Rate: $28 – $34/hour

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter/Coordinator for a temporary assignment. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, scheduling, and supporting the hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen applicants for open positions

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with hiring teams

  • Support onboarding and orientation processes

  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems

  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruiting or HR coordination

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR processes

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills



Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
