Community Manager – Santa Clara, CA

LHH is teaming up with a well-established organization in the residential property management industry in Santa Clara, CA in search of a Community Manager to support operations at a 150-unit family housing community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven team that provides essential housing services to the community. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in on-site property management, particularly within affordable housing programs. They are organized, people-oriented, and skilled in managing both staff and operations to meet property goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure compliance with housing program requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site staff and resources.
  • Maximize occupancy levels and maintain property value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and vendors.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of on-site property management experience, including Tax Credit (LIHTC) and lease-up experience (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required).
  • Experience with YARDI Voyager (strongly preferred).
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).


Job Type: Contract to hire
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fully on-site in Santa Clara, CA
Hours: Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $33–$36 per hour, depending on experience
