About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 professional to design, implement, and support enterprise-level solutions. This role combines architecture, engineering, and user enablement responsibilities to ensure seamless adoption and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design Microsoft 365 solutions, including planning and implementing:

  • Intune

  • SharePoint

  • OneDrive

  • Teams

  • Conditional Access

• Engineer, configure, implement, and administer Microsoft Office 365 services to meet business needs.

• Provide user training and ongoing support for Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring high adoption and productivity.

• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.

Required Qualifications

• Architecture Experience:

  • 3+ years architecting Microsoft 365 solutions, including Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Conditional Access.

• Engineering & Administration:

  • 5+ years engineering, configuring, implementing, and administering Microsoft Office 365 services.

• Training & Support:

  • 3+ years training users and providing support for Microsoft 365 tools.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of Microsoft security and compliance features.

• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell).

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
