About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 professional to design, implement, and support enterprise-level solutions. This role combines architecture, engineering, and user enablement responsibilities to ensure seamless adoption and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design Microsoft 365 solutions, including planning and implementing:
Intune
SharePoint
OneDrive
Teams
Conditional Access
Engineer, configure, implement, and administer Microsoft Office 365 services to meet business needs.
Provide user training and ongoing support for Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring high adoption and productivity.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
Required Qualifications
Architecture Experience:
3+ years architecting Microsoft 365 solutions, including Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Conditional Access.
Engineering & Administration:
5+ years engineering, configuring, implementing, and administering Microsoft Office 365 services.
Training & Support:
3+ years training users and providing support for Microsoft 365 tools.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft security and compliance features.
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
