LHH has a client seeking experienced Electrical BIM Modelers at multiple levels (I, II, III) to support large-scale electrical construction projects across the U.S. These roles are critical for delivering accurate, field-ready shop drawings and clash detection for data centers, semiconductor facilities, and other complex builds.
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a strong conversion track record (92%). Candidates will be treated as part of the team from day one, with access to training and growth opportunities.
Hard Skills Required
- Electrical BIM experience is a must
- Advanced Revit expertise: Create and manipulate families, views, sheets, schedules, filters, and complex geometry
- Clash detection: Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks
- Shop drawings: Experience producing field-ready drawings for installation and permitting
- Coordination tools: Familiarity with Bluebeam and Revisto for uploads and collaboration
- 2D/3D fluency: Ability to read 2D plans and work in 3D space
- Electrical drafting standards: Knowledge of electrical symbols and conventions
- Technical workflow: Understanding of BIM processes, work sharing, and model setup
- Software skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle preferred
Experience by Level
- Modeler I: 1–2 years of BIM/Revit experience
- Modeler II: 3–5 years of BIM/Revit experience
- Modeler III: 5+ years of BIM/Revit experience with leadership responsibilities
Preferred Background
- Electrical construction experience strongly preferred; civil or related disciplines acceptable
- Familiarity with large-scale projects such as data centers or semiconductor facilities
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience and location:
- Modeler I: $55K–$74K
- Modeler II: $74K–$98K
- Modeler III: $85K–$112K
