πŸ’° Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Quality Control team in San Jose, CA. This is a contract position with an immediate start, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is looking to build experience in data management and quality control processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage data related to inspecting wells and maintaining equipment

  • Accurately log well and heat numbers

  • Upload data and documentation into internal databases

  • Handle and organize PDF files with efficiency and accuracy

  • Support the Quality Control team with general administrative and documentation tasks


Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Skilled in managing and editing PDF documents

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, team-oriented setting



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
