Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor

Location: South Park, San Diego, CA


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Supervisor to join our client’s team in South Park, San Diego. This role is ideal for a dynamic HR professional with strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in managerial human resources functions, and proficiency in Workday HRIS.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from managers and staff

  • Manage and optimize HR processes within Workday, including payroll coordination, reporting, and data management

  • Lead recruitment efforts, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals

  • Provide coaching and guidance to department managers on employee engagement and performance matters

  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support strategic decision-making


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  • 2+ years of managerial HR experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Workday HRIS

  • Strong knowledge of California labor laws

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills


Additional Details:

  • Located in South Park, San Diego

  • Contract to hire role

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST

  • Onsite, Full-time

  • Compensation: $33.00-$39.00 per hour DOE
