Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our client’s Kearny Mesa, San Diego location. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys keeping offices organized and running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.



The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external visitors, providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls, managing calendars and scheduling meetings, coordinating office supplies, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems. The role also involves preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, as well as assisting with data entry and general office projects.



Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documents

  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical

  • Perform data entry and update internal databases

  • Order and track office supplies and assist with office organization

  • Support special projects and provide general administrative assistance as needed


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines


Additional Details:

  • Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego

  • Contract to hire role

  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Onsite schedule, Full-time role

  • Compensation: $22.00-$28.00 per hour DOE
