Leasing Agent β Tax Credit (Temp-to-Hire)
π Location: Lincoln, CA
π Schedule: Monday β Friday, 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM (Must be open to overtime, including weekends)
π° Pay Range: $24β$26 per hour
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Leasing Agent with solid experience in Tax Credit (LIHTC/Section 42) housing to join a dedicated property management team in Lincoln, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of leasing, including application processing, tours, and move-ins
Accurately complete and process all Tax Credit/Section 42 leasing paperwork
Maintain an organized leasing and resident documentation system
Monitor local market conditions to support leasing strategies
Ensure excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants
Communicate effectively with internal teams and management
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of LIHTC/Tax Credit leasing experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Section 42 compliance requirements
Highly organized with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables is a plus
High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
Must be open to overtime and weekend work as needed
