Receptionist
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a non profit organization in Phoenix who is in search of a receptionist. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-430pm fully onsite. The pay is $20/hr.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a mission-driven organization while providing excellent front-desk and administrative support. In addition to reception duties, this position will assist the Human Resources team with light administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars
- Assist HR with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, onboarding paperwork, and document preparation
- Distribute mail and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a professional office environment
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
