Customer Support Specialist | Kansas City, KS

LHH is partnering with a leading manufacturing and distribution company committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join the team and help ensure the customers receive timely and accurate updates regarding their orders. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about the status of their orders. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing clear, prompt, and professional support.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status via phone, email, and chat.
  • Track and update order information using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate as needed to improve processes.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Fully Onsite)
  • Compensation: $20-24ph.
