Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: 100% Onsite – Newark, NJ
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract
Pay Rate: $22–$23 per hour
Role Overview
This position focuses on providing support for payroll operations within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks.
Understand and work with payroll documents such as W-4 and W-2 forms.
Communicate effectively with internal employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting tasks.
Support a team of 4 in day-to-day payroll activities.
Qualifications
Prior office experience with a strong understanding of office culture.
Familiarity with payroll documentation (W-4, W-2).
Strong communication skills for employee interaction.
Excel proficiency
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
