LHH is working with a prominent player in the luxury sector who is seeking a Global Wholesale Director to lead international commercial growth and B2B development. This fully in-office position is based in New York City, with significant interaction across North American and European markets and regular global travel.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary: $225K plus 20% bonus (potentially higher for exceptional candidates)

· Approximately 20% travel required, including key industry events in Europe
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute global sales strategies for both reseller and non-reseller channels
· Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural team
· Drive business development and franchise expansion
· Partner across internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
· Build and use business intelligence tools for data-driven decision making
· Manage budgets, timelines, and operational execution for global projects
Candidate Profile
· 8+ years of leadership experience in global wholesale or B2B sales
· Strong operational and analytical skills; experience with data and dashboards essential
· Significant exposure to European markets required
· Ability to execute an established vision
· Polished, adaptable, and culturally attuned, ideally with luxury experience
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Pay Details: $200,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year
