LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company near Mesa who is in search of a Bilingual Spanish customer service representative to join their team! This role has a firm schedule of Monday-Friday 6am-3pm. After you are fully trained(3-4 months), there will be hybrid flexibility.

This is a full-time role with early weekday hours and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and service issues
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
• Accurately enter and update customer information in internal systems
• Resolve customer concerns with a focus on first-call resolution
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery
• Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently after training
• High school diploma or equivalent
