Human Resources Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a confidential global organization to identify an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role serves as a hands-on HR leader and strategic partner, overseeing payroll, compliance, employee relations, and the full employee lifecycle while driving key initiatives across talent, performance, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and strategically minded, with a proven ability to enhance organizational effectiveness, ensure compliance, and elevate the employee experience. Hands-on experience managing payroll in ADP is required.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll, Benefits & HR Operations
Manage bi-monthly payroll processing in ADP, including 401(k) funding, journal entries, PTO reporting, and ad-hoc payroll requests.
Lead payroll system optimization efforts and provide training and support to end users.
Partner with global HR stakeholders on benefits administration, compliance matters, and related billing processes.
Administer the 401(k) plan and oversee related reporting and reconciliations.
Compliance & Audits
Lead FLSA and Wage & Hour audits, including job description reviews, employee reclassifications, and training for managers and employees.
Manage I-9 audits and ensure ongoing compliance.
Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Employee Lifecycle & Relations
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruiting support, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
Enhance onboarding programs and conduct exit interviews, synthesizing insights and trends for leadership.
Advise managers on employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
HR Data & Reporting
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, and organizational charts.
Support the Chief Administrative Officer with HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Strategic HR Initiatives
Manage the Performance Management Program (PMP), including training, coaching, and cycle execution.
Lead succession planning and talent review processes.
Design and implement manager and leadership development programs.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and recognition programs.
Conduct compensation analyses, including market benchmarking and internal equity reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
5–7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with hands-on ADP payroll management required.
Strong experience with HRIS systems, data reporting, and Microsoft Office.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in training and development, benefits administration, compensation analysis, HR systems, and/or M&A integration is a plus.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
