Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a dynamic HR team in Marietta, GA for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in full life cycle recruiting, HR operations, and employee relations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to every task.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding logistics.
HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll processing, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
HRIS & Data Management: Utilize platforms such as Paycom or ADP to manage employee data, generate reports, and support audits.
Reporting & Analysis: Use Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) to analyze HR metrics and support decision-making.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accuracy in position sheets, labor allocations, and wage law compliance.
Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or full-cycle recruiting.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Paycom preferred; ADP acceptable).
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be within driving distance of Marietta, GA.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in high-volume recruiting or multi-site HR support.
Familiarity with Georgia labor laws and HR compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
