Location: Century City, CA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote. Please note: the first month of employment will require full-time in-office presence.
Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 annually (hourly, overtime eligible)

Role Summary

Hiring on behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Paralegal to join a Trusts & Estates practice in Century City. This is a newly created position due to recent associate hires. The team is collaborative, and attorneys are in-office daily. The firm offers a stable workload and a positive, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing general paralegal duties in estate planning

  • Drafting and filing legal documents

  • Managing calendaring and administrative tasks

  • Supporting attorneys with litigation-related assignments

  • Communicating with courts, clients, and third parties

  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation

  • Trust Administration

Billable Hour Requirement

  • 1,200 hours annually

  • Ample work available to meet billable expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Paralegal Certificate (attestation not accepted)

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
