Location: Century City, CA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote. Please note: the first month of employment will require full-time in-office presence.
Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 annually (hourly, overtime eligible)
Role Summary
Hiring on behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Paralegal to join a Trusts & Estates practice in Century City. This is a newly created position due to recent associate hires. The team is collaborative, and attorneys are in-office daily. The firm offers a stable workload and a positive, engaging environment.
Responsibilities include:
Performing general paralegal duties in estate planning
Drafting and filing legal documents
Managing calendaring and administrative tasks
Supporting attorneys with litigation-related assignments
Communicating with courts, clients, and third parties
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation
Trust Administration
Billable Hour Requirement
1,200 hours annually
Ample work available to meet billable expectations
Required Qualifications
Paralegal Certificate (attestation not accepted)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
