Job Title: Senior Finance Business Analyst (SIT/FIT Testing & Reconciliation Support)

Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
Schedule: Hybrid – In Office Monday & Tuesday
Pay Rate: $52–$56/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Analyst to support financial system initiatives with a focus on business requirements documentation, SIT/FIT/Regression testing, daily reconciliations, and defect management. This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, QA teams, and technical partners, representing Finance in daily testing calls and ensuring system functionality aligns with financial expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Business Process Support

• Document, clarify, and validate Finance business requirements.

• Perform daily financial reconciliations to ensure data accuracy across systems.

• Analyze discrepancies and support quarantine resolution activities.

Testing (SIT / FIT / Regression)

• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), Functional Integration Testing (FIT), and Regression Testing.

• Execute test scripts, validate outcomes, and ensure results align with Finance requirements.

• Maintain traceability and support testing readiness activities.

Defect Management

• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.

• Partner with technical teams and Finance stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

• Attend daily testing status meetings representing Finance, providing updates and clearing blockers.

Stakeholder Communication

• Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders on testing progress, issues, risks, and impacts.

• Document findings, decisions, and testing results for leadership review.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience supporting issue resolution or quarantine workflows in financial or system testing contexts.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present updates to both technical and Finance leadership.

• Hands-on experience with financial processes, reconciliations, or data accuracy validation.

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Familiarity with Finance or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, Tagetik, or similar tools).

• Experience with testing and work management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

• Background in SIT/FIT/Regression testing, requirements traceability, and defect lifecycle management.

• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, reconciliation models, variance analysis).
