LHH is looking for a meticulous and proactive Senior Procurement Analyst to join our client’s team for a fully remote role. This role is key to streamlining and optimizing our procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals and master service agreements. You’ll be responsible for managing procurement requests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting vendor performance evaluations while leveraging tools like Workday and generating insightful spend reports.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee internal software licensing requests from initiation to payment, in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain and update licensing databases and renewal schedules with precision.
  • Support vendor performance reviews and track remediation or termination actions when necessary.
  • Participate in enterprise-wide software acquisition projects.
  • Identify and document cost-saving opportunities and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting, communication, and status updates.
  • Execute Blanket Purchase Orders, manage Change Orders, and conduct spend analysis in partnership with the Vendor Manager.
  • Navigate and manage procurement workflows within Workday and other ERP systems.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on procurement experience; experience with large software vendors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Coupa, or PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience with contract repositories and procurement documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead large-scale initiatives.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay/Benefits:
  • Pay is $32/hr - $37/hr dependent on experience
