Job Summary:
A law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Administrative Paralegals to support a Constitutional and Civil Rights Defense Practice in their Huntsville, AL office. The role is urgent and requires immediate placement. Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and notices
File documents in state and federal courts (CM/ECF proficiency required)
Summarize depositions and discovery responses
Compile and organize medical records and case files
Conduct factual research and document searches
Prepare materials for hearings, mediations, and trials
Organize exhibits and trial support documents
Manage attorney calendars, travel reimbursements, and check requests
Collaborate with support teams on billing and pre-bill processes
Work independently and as part of a litigation team
Requirements:
3+ years of litigation experience
Experience as a legal secretary, administrative assistant, or paralegal
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certification or equivalent experience accepted
Pay Details: $62,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
