We are looking for a Scheduler/Office Assistant to support a fast-paced office environment in Houston, TX.
Job Posting: Scheduler/Office Assistant
Location: Houston, TX (77093)
Pay Rate: $18/hr - 19/hr (DOE)
Contract Type: Contract with potential for Temp-to-Hire (TTH)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The Scheduler/Office Assistant will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales and play a key role in supporting daily administrative and scheduling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior VP of Sales with clerical and administrative tasks
Cut purchase orders (POs) for incoming tickets
Perform data entry and general scheduling duties
Maintain and organize office paperwork and filing systems
Ensure timely and accurate handling of documentation and internal records
Use QuickBooks for basic tasks (if applicable)
Key Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in administrative support, scheduling, and data entry
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and dependable
Prior office assistant or coordinator experience preferred
