We are looking for a Scheduler/Office Assistant to support a fast-paced office environment in Houston, TX.

Job Posting: Scheduler/Office Assistant
Location: Houston, TX (77093)
Pay Rate: $18/hr - 19/hr (DOE)
Contract Type: Contract with potential for Temp-to-Hire (TTH)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM



The Scheduler/Office Assistant will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales and play a key role in supporting daily administrative and scheduling operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior VP of Sales with clerical and administrative tasks

  • Cut purchase orders (POs) for incoming tickets

  • Perform data entry and general scheduling duties

  • Maintain and organize office paperwork and filing systems

  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of documentation and internal records

  • Use QuickBooks for basic tasks (if applicable)


Key Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience in administrative support, scheduling, and data entry

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented and dependable

  • Prior office assistant or coordinator experience preferred
