We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist . This role is responsible for ensuring accurate billing, timely processing of invoices, account reconciliation, and providing excellent support to both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in billing, accounts receivable, and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate billing records, reports, and financial documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing aligns with contracts and project timelines.
Respond to client inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status in a professional manner.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related accounting/finance role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with billing or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
