LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across various roles and settings. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare credentialing, compliance, and the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and allied health professionals.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes for qualifications, experience, and licensing compliance.
  • Conduct prescreen interviews to assess candidate availability, preferences, and credential readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Ensure all candidates meet regulatory and client-specific requirements before submission.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Hours:
  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday
